Amaury TILMANT, PhD
Amaury is an expert in water resources and energy systems analysis with considerable experience in Europe, the Middle-East, Africa, South and North America. He was Full Professor in water resources management at the department of civil and water engineering at Laval University, Québec, Canada. Before joining Laval University, he worked at Tractebel Engineering, UNESCO-IHE and ETH-Zurich.
